I wanted to do a small square frame piece using only circles. Lids were used, and covered the surface. Exposed in fall, through the winter snows, and ended with fall crab apple blossoms. I think high winds blew some of the lids off of the piece before the end. I called it “Eccentric” implying both meanings, not concentric circles, and unconventional and slightly strange.
